Grandview Capital Partners is an asset management firm established to invest in both public and privately-held companies in the food industry - from food and beverage input companies such as food ingredients, food packaging and food equipment businesses - to food manufacturers, food distributors, food retailers and foodservice companies.

Our individual investors and participants – known as Executive Partners - comprise more than 50 leading CEOs and executives from major companies across the industry. The Executive Partners represent a powerful asset. They provide extensive relationships, industry sector insights, management and operating expertise to help evaluate food investments and realize value for investors. Torrey Rossetter and Rajiv Singh, Grandview’s senior principals, have specialized in the food industry for collectively over 40 years at major financial firms including Rabobank, the largest financial institution in the world focused on the food industry with $1 trillion in assets. Torrey was a founder of Rabobank’s Investment Banking Department (Corporate Finance-Mergers & Acquisitions) and Private Equity Sponsors Group and has led hundreds of transactions, financings and investments in the food industry. Rajiv was previously the CEO of Rabobank.

Collectively, food and food related companies constitute a major portion, approximately 20%, of the economy. The food industry includes thousands of public and privately held companies throughout numerous sectors and can accommodate a wide range of investment strategies and funds, including both multiple public investment funds and private equity funds.

Grandview’s strategic vision involves leveraging its deep industry expertise and capabilities across multiple food related investment funds and taking advantage of synergies, including the cross-fertilization of industry insights and ideas, between individual funds. Given the vast size of our investment universe, coupled with the opportunity to establish multiple funds under the Grandview umbrella, Grandview has ample capacity for growth in AUM to easily support a large multi-billion firm.
